   Because the fuel species are various and they are in the tendency for anti-photolysis,anti-oxidation and anti-biological-oxidation ,which increase the fuel wastewater treatment difficulties.There are several difficulties in the fuel wastewater treatment:1.COD is high but the BOD/COD value is low .2.high clour and complex constituents;3.unstable water quality and quantity .
