Membrane bioreactor deal with citric acid pickling liquid research
Abstract: the article introduces the hollow fiber membrane bioreactor deal with citric acid pickling wastewater. The results showed that the HRT for 12 h, dissolved oxygen for 5 ~ 6 mg/L, under the condition of the experiment of citric acid pickling of wastewater device COD, NH3-N and SS the removal rate of 90% or more. The membrane bioreactor deal with citric acid pickling wastewater with high efficiency, stable discharging water, operation management easy.

At present, in order to ensure the boiler water vapor quality and corrosion resistance, we must have a regular cleaning boiler. Citric acid is one kind of cleaning agents. Its water solution to metal erosive is small, cleaning boiler effect is good, non-toxic, simple process, so it is often used in large thermal power plant boiler system cleaning, yet its waste liquid treatment is a problem. The waste liquid concentration of organic matter is very high, COD of tens of thousands of mg/L, pH for 3 ~ 4, and emissions. So a lot of high concentration organic wastewater if not processed and direct emissions, certainly will cause serious pollution to the environment.
For the treatment of wastewater from home and abroad research have many ways of [1], but the use of membrane bioreactor to deal with has not seen the report. Membrane bioreactor is membrane separation technology and biological treatment technology directly combined with membrane module to replace the second pond, and almost all of the microbial intercept in biological reactor, which has high treatment efficiency and good water and operating management advantages of easy [2 ~ 4]. The aim of this study is to examine membrane bioreactor treatment with citric acid pickling liquid, the feasibility of cultivating and tame the suitable the wastewater sludge, enables it to achieve the ideal separation result.
1 experiment equipment and process parameters
1.1 experiment device
The experiment device (designed and developed by) as shown in figure 1 below. One of the reactor effective volume for 100 L.
